Our Smoked fresh water Asa (Gymnerchus Niloticus), Achim (Heterobranchus Longifilis), Atuma (Clarias Angullaries), Egbenu (Hetorotis Niloticus) and Apupa (Tilapia Guinnensis) are harvested, cut, dried and smoked with the use of modern technology.
